Design

Our task was to create a school registration form and make up our own school name.
Firstly, we had plan the official form in our copybooks.

Afterwards came the hardest step; creating the form.

Evaluation

I think that I did very well overall. Although, I did change the design of my final form compared the design I completed in my copybook. I changed a few details because I asked  my parents for advice about what else I should have included/ideas to improve and make it look more realistic.
